Return & Exchange Policy
At AKL Lumi Market Hub, customer satisfaction is our priority. Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or not as described. To initiate a return, customers must provide proof of purchase and contact our support team. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the return is approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may apply unless the issue is due to our error.
